Maintenance
Fine jewelry is normally very durable; however, over time it can wear, and unintended abuse can occur.  We recommend that jewelry be professionally cleaned and checked at least once a year.   Maintenance can extend the life of your jewelry and perhaps even prevent the loss of a valuable heirloom.
Repairs
Eric's Diamonds performs all types of jewelry repair in the store, from changing watch batteries to custom work.  Our work is done by over 20 years of combined experience at the bench.  We will take the time to explain your repair and give you a firm cost estimate.  Remember, it is usually cheaper to do preventive maintenance on your jewelry than to replace a missing gemstone.
Service Schedule
We normally complete repairs in less than 7 days.  We will do whatever we can to complete your repair  sooner to meet any deadlines.  We also have a "Same Day Service" for our out-of-town customers or those needing repairs done the same day.
